Hopelink Holiday Gift Support
- Hopelink is offering gift cards to eligible families during the holiday season. To request a gift card, all of these statements must apply to you:
- You are a current Hopelink client,
- You are the custodial parent or custodial guardian of at least one child 18 years old or younger, AND
- You have current income of less than 400% of the Federal Poverty Line, according the chart located here, self-declared.

Pantry Packs
- Pantry Packs is a program that provides grocery bags with non-perishable items, such as canned fruits, vegetables, granola bars and other snacks. Typically, students would take home their Pantry Packs on Friday’s but do to COVID-19 the distribution will be done differently, see details below.

- Call center staff at Sound Generations will ask a few questions about the caller’s situation to connect them with needed services. The only requirement to receive assistance with food is to be a Kirkland resident.

- Do you currently live in Kirkland, Bellevue, Redmond, Duvall, Issaquah, Bothell, Woodinville, Kenmore, Sammamish, or Carnation?
- Is your name on a lease and do you live in permanent housing?
- Have you experienced a crisis in the last 60 days that has impacted your ability to pay rent?
- Do you have a resolution to the crisis, and will you be able to pay rent next month?
- Do you earn 80% Area Median Income for King County or less?

- This Washington-based service is staffed by teen volunteers who receive 60 hours of training and often have experienced mental health issues themselves. The peer-to-peer connections make young people feel more comfortable sharing their concerns. The service can connect teens to local resources as well.
